Instructions For Pizza Stone

  1. Put the shelf on the lowest rack so that the stone will sit closest to its heat source.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees.
  3. Roll out dough using hand or rolling pin. If you spread the crust 12” it will be a deep dish and if you spread the crust 16” it will be like a thin crust.
  4. Ladle sauce onto pizza dough spreading away from middle while leaving a border on the edge.
  5. Put cheese onto pizza covering the sauce.
  6. Now put your own toppings to give your pizza its own flair.
  7. Cook on the stone 8-12 minutes depending on your oven. It is important to use your judgement to get a golden brown crust on the top and bottom.
  8. Cut when it comes out of the oven. It will be easier to cut when it first comes out of the oven.

Instructions For A Cookie Sheet

  1. Put shelf on the lowest rack so that the stone will sit closet to the heat source.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees.
  3. Roll out dough using a rolling pin. (You might need to work it out with your fingers first)
  4. Spray the bottom of the pan with a little non-stick spray.
  5. Place the dough on the cookie sheet. Make sure that you go up the edges of the sheet. This makes a very thin crust. And you will have pieces that have no edges.
  6. Ladle the sauce onto the dough spreading away from the middle. Go right to the edge.
  7. Put cheese on the pizza covering the sauce.
  8. BE CREATIVE! Put on anything you would like to have.
  9. Cook for 8-12 minutes depending on your oven. It is important to use your judgement to get a golden brown crust on the top and bottom.
  10. Cut it immediately out of the oven. It is a lot easier to cut this way.
